3-Minute Protein Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
½ cup berries (fresh or frozen)
½ cup whole rolled oats
½ - ¾ cup milk (unsweetened soy milk or low-fat cow’s milk are heart-healthy options comparable In protein)
¼ cup yogurt
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a reusable container and stir well.
Seal the container and store it in the fridge overnight.
Optional toppings: natural nut or seed butter, chopped walnuts, sliced almonds, chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, chopped dried fruit, sliced bananas or more berries
