3-Minute Protein Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup berries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup whole rolled oats

  • ½ - ¾ cup milk (unsweetened soy milk or low-fat cow’s milk are heart-healthy options comparable In protein)

  • ¼ cup yogurt 

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a reusable container and stir well. 

  2. Seal the container and store it in the fridge overnight. 

  3. Optional toppings: natural nut or seed butter, chopped walnuts, sliced almonds, chopped pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, chopped dried fruit, sliced bananas or more berries
