But now, I have a much better understanding of myself, and how to manage my emotions, and have become more resilient in the face of challenges. Yoga and meditation have truly changed my life for the better, which is why I want to share these practices with you!

Private classes are perfect for those intrigued by yoga and meditation, but not quite ready to get down dog or “om” in a group setting, while semi-private and group classes are powerful opportunities to bring people together. Let me bring yoga and meditation to you. All experiences can be provided virtually or in person in the comfort of your home, workplace, or chosen event space.

1-1 YOGA CLASS

Let your experience meet you where you are at. Get individualized attention with a custom class designed just for you. Together we lay a strong foundation for you to build lasting yoga practice upon. No previous yoga experience required!

SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA CLASS

Don’t want to do this alone? Invite a partner or best friend and we’ll make this a semi-private yoga class! This is a wonderful way to bond through the shared experience of yoga.

GROUP YOGA CLASS

We can make any event extra special with a group yoga sesh. I’m talking about workplace team-building events, weekend wellness retreats, birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, and pre-wedding activities!

STRETCH & MEDITATION CLASS

Meditation is a powerful tool that helps us process thoughts and emotions. Sessions begin with gentle stretches to release physical tension and prepare the mind for guided meditation.

All experiences can be provided in-person or virtual.
