Vegan Pumpkin Nacho Cheese Dip

Ingredients

1-15 ounce can pumpkin puree

1 cup unsweetened plant milk

1- 4 ounce can of diced green chiles

1 tbsp olive oil 

1 cup nutritional yeast

2 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt  (adjust to taste)

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp turmeric

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a NutriBullet, food processor or blender to blend until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a pot and stir over medium heat.
